As you may be aware, although Dave Barbour has resigned from the committee; he has agreed to produce Walkee Talkees, with the following comments. “The problem that I have is that members’ input has dwindled alarmingly, save for a small number of ‘regulars’, and I have become ever more reliant on the internet as a source of material. The quality of what is left is somewhat dubious and there is an obvious limit to what I can put together myself! It is also very time consuming, especially if my time is taken up hunting down suitable material. It does seem to be a fact though that if you ask anyone from abroad, member or not, that they jump at the chance to contribute! I am prepared to produce the next issue, but I will need new, original material to publish. Everyone loves receiving & reading the magazine, but the content does have to come from somewhere!! So please, if you want to continue having a Club magazine, let Dave know what you and your keesies get up to!! All contributions will be gratefully received.
